DAKOTA COUNTY JAIL SOLITARY CONFINEMENT 12/24/22-12/28/22
I was held in solitary confinement at Dakota County Jail in Hastings, MN, for five days straight and allowed to take one shower. They did not allow me to have any gym or free time for this entire period of time. They had no reason to keep me in solitary confinement for five days straight. This was a serious violation of my civil rights to freedom of speech protected by the First Amendment. This is what you get for exposing the worlds largest domestic terror cult, the Masons &. Stones, who use nanobot technology on minor children. Never mess with God, prepared to get your lights shut off if you do. Some chop wood, some fill water, everyone of you has played a role. The arresting address shows Kirstens Parents address where she has lived since 2019. I was arrested at my home in front of my four daughters at 15174 Dupont Path. My dad, sister, and Kirsten were all waiting outside my house while this happened.

Read how Dakota County allowed my ex wife to use my hockey career against me in court. After I was finished playing professional hockey in 2014 I became a girls Varsity Hockey Head Coach at Rosemount High School in addition to coaching 9th grade football and track & field. I was employed by UPS from 2014-2016. I was than hired by Deanna Amodt and Meredith Johnson as a contractor at Thomson Reuters in 2016 making $52,000 as a Shipping Coordinator for there Tradeshow Team, where I was eventually hired as a full time employee moving up from Shipping Coordinator to Tradeshow Coordinator at $62,000 a year which turned into another raise with the title marketing coordinator where I oversaw the logistics and planning for over 100 tradeshows a year. My ex wife did not work for the entirety of our relationship. She moved out in 2019 and changed her address with the USPS and began filing her taxes separately at her parents address. She has been allowed to abuse the criminal justice system by telling complete lies in order to gain custody and child support from me. I have had to undergo a six month civil commitment, spend nine days in jail, complete a six month Dialectical Behavior Therapy program, spend one year on probation, pay unjust fines, be submitted to a 12-point hair follicle test, lose my house that I was awarded, and have her attorney fees awarded to me all while I have an In Forma Pauperis (fee waiver) on file because I am so poor. I attended Michigan State University from January - April of 2024 to try and turn my life around since I could not get a job in Minnesota. I personally emailed Judge Knutson legal assistant to let him know I was a student at Michigan State and needed a remote appearance request approved, which was denied, because I did not have the funds to travel back for these hearings. I also attended MSU so I could eat meals as I had no money and was cut off financially from my dad, who funded my entire life.

After illegally being arrested in front of my four daughters on Christmas Eve at our house off Dupont Path the Apple Valley Police drove me to the Rosemount Police Station. They then handed me over to the Rosemount Police. I was quickly transferred from Rosemount Police custody to Inver Grove Heights Police custody, who had just pulled in the parking lot of the former Rosemount Police station. Not one Police agency ever stopped their charades to read me my Miranda Rights. The Inver Grove Heights Police then transferred me to the Dakota County Jail. This is where I was processed and booked for an alleged misdemeanor OFP offense that I did not commit.
From December twenty-fourth two-thousand-twenty-two thru December twenty-eighth, I spent five days in a row in a holding cell all by myself at Dakota County Jail in Hastings Minnesota under solitary confinement. I was allowed to leave my cell one time after I requested multiple times to be able to shower and shave. This was all because I would not let Kirsten and my Dad be around my children on Christmas Eve, which was my legal custody day. So they had the police arrest me for an alleged OFP violation which the reports say took place at Kirsten's parents address, which allegedly occurred on December sixth. Why wait until Christmas Eve to arrest me in front of my girls? I had not been to Kirsten's parents house for almost one year at this point. Furthermore, I had just filed for divorce on December seventh, and was representing myself as pro se in the divorce proceedings. I sent Kirsten all of the divorce paperwork through text message since she was not responsive to my emails. They cited the text message Kirsten used to violate me, which said, "I will always love you." I was arrested two more times after this incident for trying to speak with my children.
Below is a recording of Kirsten incriminating herself while the OFP was in place one month prior to the first alleged OFP violation. She is recorded as saying the girls will miss me, and that she wants me to spend time with our daughters. This was because I told her she was being recorded. Kirsten had a lot of help taking my daughters away from me from some very powerful people in Dakota County.

Wearing the badge comes with great power, and with great power comes great responsibility. If you let it corrupt you at all, it grows out of control very quickly, as we are witnessing with law enforcement all over the state of fraud, or Minnesota.
