My  dad told everyone in our family, including everyone who asked how my  mom died, that she died of a ruptured aorta. Which is a non natural  death, and should say so on the death certificate, 'died of ruptured  aorta,' it would not say died of a natural death. This is because no  medical professional confirmed what my mom died of, not one medical  professional examined her body after her death at 7:05am. 

warfarin poisoning.  Caused by accidental administration of an overdose of the drug, or by  the cumulative effect of repeated administration of the drug. Warfarin  is also used as a rodenticide. Repeated ingestion of those materials may  cause poisoning.

warfarin potassium. USP. An anticoagulant drug. Trade name is Athrombin-K.

warfarin sodium. An anticoagulant drug. Coumadin and Panwarfin are trade names. NURSING IMPLICATIONS: Instruct the patient to observe for signs of bleeding such as epistaxis, bleeding gums, hematuria, melena, and skin trauma (ecchymosis, purpura, or petechia). Preventative measures should include gentle blowing of the nose, use of an electric razor and a soft bristled toothbrush, gentle cleaning of the anal area, and avoidance of tight, constrictive clothing. Stress the importance of having blood studies as prescribed by the physician and the significance of regular follow up. Provide the patient with an identification card listing the prescribed  drug, dosage, frequency of administration, and physicians name and phone number

No  blood work was taken, no autopsy was performed, no medical Examiners report was performed, and not even a coroners report. The White Funeral Home in Apple Valley is where my mom's body was taken directly from her bedroom. Put in a casket for one hour, just so my dad could put on a little show, then instantly cremated as you can see the date and time of cremation on the funeral home document. On the White Funeral Home document it does not state a cause of death. Dr. Baker signed her report  without ever examining her body. 

My mom and dad made a will before one of there trips to Florida when we were young children in high school and middle school. They explicitly stated on the will and shared with all of us children they would be buried next to each other tomb and casket. 

Why was my mom's body cremated without a proper tomb and casket funeral?  Why does my mom still not even have a memorial stone from her husband of over 40 years? I found my mom's ashes in my old bedroom behind a box of adult diapers. This is when I began investigating my mother's death and my dad began to destroy my life. 

Originally when I found her ashes behind the diapers I asked my dad why he keeps  our mother's ashes behind a box of adult diapers in a storage closet? He got very defensive, changed the subject and tried to turn the conflict around on me. This is what sociopaths like my dad tend to do. 

I  then asked my dad if there was a medical examiners report or autopsy  done, and he said there was. I then asked him if I could see the documents and he told me I should get them myself. So I did, slowly but surely, I started piecing everything together and confirmed my mom's  statement to be true when she stated to me in pain and anger that, "I feel like I am being poisoned."

The Hennepin County Medical Examiners officer stated her cause of death as 'cardiac arrest' in their official documents. Mark Anderson of Horace Mann submitted her death as an accidental death.

Hennepin county lists death as cardiac arrest, HORACE MANN's Mark Anderson  submitted life insurance claim as accidental death, and the death certificate says natural death. 

The death certificate should say murder by poison if the medical Examiners were not called off, by a direct call from officer Paul Larson, of the Rosemount Police Department. Which it states so on the police report. This is a police officer cover up of a poisoning murder, also termed murder one. The fact the body was purple and warm to the touch according  to Paramedic Jeremy Grimm and Officer Gage Litzner, and my dad's statements that the body was cold demand an autopsy, coroners reports, and medical Examiners Report by state law.

On March 9, 2021, my mother, Kathleen Suzanne Conboy stated to me, her son, Andrew  Thomas Conboy, that she felt like she was being poisoned. She stated her body was burning. My mother’s extremities were extremely purple for the two weeks leading up to her death. She was pronounced deceased at 07:05 hours Central Standard Time at 4066  151st W, Rosemount, MN 55068. 

My father, Timothy Thomas Conboy, poisoned her with rat poison, a chemical also termed warfarin. I saw multiple boxes of black and yellow containers, which were rat poison pills, tipped over on the shoe shelf inside the garage of my childhood home. I also saw a box of rat poison pills on top of the garage freezer and refrigerator. My father, brought her coffee every morning and the rat poison pills were sitting right where he exited the vehicle.
 

On the report I obtained from the Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s office, via Allina Health Emergency Medical Services, Incident # 031721-0081. The paramedics Dale Stein and Jeremy Grimm documented statements made by my father, Timothy Thomas Conboy, on March 17, 2021. My father’s statements on the report documented by paramedics were,
 

“HE WOKE UP AROUND 5 AM AND SHE SEEMED TO BE BREATHING FINE AND APPEARED FINE.” 

“A LITTLE AFTER 6 AM HE NOTICED SHE WASN’T BREATHING AND WHEN HE TOUCHED HER ARMS, THEY WERE COLD.”
 

“HE TRIED SHAKING HER AND SHE DIDN’T RESPOND HE GRABBED HIS PHONE AND CALLED 911, WHILE STARTING CPR. HUSBAND MOVED PT TO FLOOR PRIOR TO PD ARRIVAL.”

“ONCE PD ARRIVED THEY TOOK OVER RESUSCITATION ATTEMPT.”

Timothy Thomas Conboy’s statements about the body being cold to the touch do not match statements made by Officer Gage Litzner who stated on Rosemount Police report Case #RS21000455 Incident #RS2100045 that,
 

“I OBSERVED A FEMALE LAYING ON HER BACK, CLEARLY LIFELESS. I COULD SEE HER EXTREMITIES WERE LIGHT BLUE/PURPLE IN COLOR, BUT WHEN I TOUCHED HER SHE WAS STILL VERY WARM.”

Rigor Mortis on the average person takes one or two hours to set in. My mom was overweight and the time for rigor mortis to set in would have been above average to  travel through the fat tissue.

I have requested the pictures of my mother’s deceased body from Rosemount Police Department on multiple occasions over a three-year span and still have not received them.
 

I contacted Horace Mann who was one of the insurance agencies who paid out a large sum for my mother’s life insurance policy. They stated that my dad’s life insurance agent, Mark Anderson, submitted my mother’s death as ‘accidental’. On the death certificate it states my mom died of natural causes. The  Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s office stated to me she died of cardiac arrest, which is not natural or  accidental. After contacting Horace Mann three days ago, Horace Mann initiated a fraud  investigation after seeing Mark Anderson lied on the claim, stating it was an accidental death, when the death certificate says natural death.
 

Officer Paul Larson of the Rosemount Police Department was the responding officer  who called the Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s office, stating my mom  did not  need a medical exam, coroner’s report, autopsy, or blood analysis, as it states on the Rosemount Police Report and records with HCME. Paul Larson works with my dad at Rosemount High School, his office is just four doors down from my dad, Timothy Thomas Conboy, who is the assistant principal. This is the definition of a cover up and a conflict of interest.
